City Link can develop / invest autonomously or where appropriate work in partnership with like minded companies. Partners to date have included Morrison Residential, Glasgow City Council and Scottish Enterprise.

Our most successful collaboration is the joint venture with the Bank of Scotland, under the Silverbank umbrella. This joint venture has been responsible for our major high profile projects notably Glasgow Business Park and Metropole and has recently been extended until 2014.
