DESCRIPTION

The development of Hamilton Business Park was carried out over two phases to provide an attractive landscaped environment with excellent main road prominence and generous car parking.

Bothwell House, the first phase of the development, was completed in 2003 and comprises an eye-ctaching three storey building totalling 23,952 sq ft. The building was designed to provide a wing either side of a central core to give maximum flexibility.

The second phase at Hamilton Business Park was Hamilton House which provided 18,309 sq ft of high specification open plan office space with a striking 3 storey glass atrium.

Hamilton House and Bothwell House proved very popular with occupiers and were both multi-let to a number of organisations with strong covenants creating an excellent investment purchase.
